About the Role

Adhra Amrit Agro Products LLP is looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics & Dispatch Executive to independently manage the complete logistics and dispatch cycle.

The candidate will act as the key coordination point between Management, Sales Team, Customers, Transporters, Plant/Godown and Accounts/ERP, taking ownership from order reconfirmation until successful delivery and record closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Reconfirmation: Re-confirm orders with the concerned customer/party or sales team before dispatch, including product, quantity, packing, delivery location and required delivery schedule.
- Dispatch Planning: Plan and prioritise daily/upcoming dispatches based on confirmed orders and stock availability.
- Truck Placement: Arrange suitable trucks/vehicles through transporters for FTL and PTL/Part-Load shipments.
- Freight Coordination: Obtain/compare freight rates, negotiate with transporters and arrange timely vehicle placement.
- Loading Coordination: Coordinate with the plant/godown for stock readiness, loading, bag quantity and timely departure of vehicles.
- Dispatch Documentation: Coordinate preparation and verification of Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR/Bilty, vehicle/driver details and other required dispatch documents.
- ERP & Filing: Ensure invoices, LR/Bilty, E-Way Bills, PODs and relevant dispatch documents are properly uploaded/recorded in ERP and systematically filed.
- Customer Coordination: Share dispatch details with the concerned party and coordinate regarding expected delivery date/time.
- Vehicle Tracking: Track all dispatched vehicles/consignments until successful delivery and proactively follow up on delays, breakdowns or other transportation issues.
- Delivery Confirmation: Personally cross-check with the customer/party whether the material has been completely received and report any shortage, damage or delivery issue.
- POD Closure: Obtain POD/delivery confirmation wherever applicable and ensure the dispatch is properly closed in the records.





Part-Load / PTL Shipment Responsibility For material sent through part-load transport, parcel/cargo service or transport booking:

- Obtain and maintain the LR/Bilty/Consignment Number.
- Regularly track the LR/consignment with the transporter.
- Coordinate with the transporter/destination branch regarding material movement and delivery.
- Follow up until the material is actually delivered—not merely until it reaches the transporter's destination branch.
- Cross-check directly with the customer/party whether the material has been received.
- Follow up immediately in case of delayed, missing, short or damaged consignments.
- Close the shipment in ERP/MIS only after receipt/delivery has been confirmed.

Sample Dispatch & Tracking The candidate will also be responsible for sending and tracking rice/product samples as instructed by Management/Sales.

- Arrange proper packing and dispatch of samples through courier/transporter or other instructed mode.
- Ensure samples are dispatched to the correct party, contact person and address.
- Record the courier AWB/LR/tracking number immediately after dispatch.
- Track every sample until final delivery.
- Cross-check with the concerned party whether the sample has actually been received.
- Follow up on delayed or undelivered samples.
- Maintain a proper Sample Dispatch Register/MIS recording party name, location, product/variety, quantity, dispatch date, courier/transporter, AWB/LR number, delivery date, delivery status and remarks.

Daily MIS & Records

Maintain an accurate daily logistics report covering:

Pending Orders → Order Reconfirmed → Truck Required → Truck Placed → Under Loading → Dispatched → In Transit → Delivered → POD/Confirmation Received → Closed

Separate records should also be maintained for FTL shipments, PTL/part-load shipments, pending LRs,



vehicles in transit, pending deliveries, pending PODs and sample dispatches.

Management should be able to know at any time what is pending for dispatch, what has been dispatched, where the material currently is, expected delivery status and whether the customer has actually received it.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation or Dispatch.
- Preference for candidates from Rice, Grain, Food, FMCG, Staples, Flour, Pulses, Edible Oil or similar industries.
- Hands-on experience in truck placement and transporter coordination.
- Practical knowledge of FTL and PTL/Part-Load transportation.
- Experience in freight negotiation and vehicle tracking.
- Valuable knowledge of LR/Bilty, POD, Invoice and E-Way Bill processes.
- Working knowledge of ERP, Excel, Email and WhatsApp.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be organised and capable of independently handling multiple simultaneous dispatches.
- Candidates from Rohini, Pitampura, North Delhi, Narela, Alipur, Kundli and nearby areas will be preferred.

Work Locations

Primary Office: Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi

Delhi Yard/Godown: Khera Kalan, near Alipur, Delhi

Processing Plant: HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Barhi, Sonipat, Haryana The candidate will primarily operate from the Rohini office and should be comfortable coordinating with and visiting the Delhi Yard and Barhi Plant whenever operationally required.

Core Accountability

This is not merely a billing, documentation or data-entry position.

The selected candidate must take end-to-end ownership of:

Order Reconfirmation → Dispatch Planning → Truck/Transport Arrangement → Loading → Documentation → ERP → LR Tracking → Customer Coordination → Delivery Confirmation → POD → Record Closure as well as:

Sample Instruction → Sample Dispatch → Tracking → Party Receipt Confirmation → Record Closure A consignment or sample will be considered completed only after its delivery/receipt has been properly confirmed and recorded.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
