- • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

- • Coordinate with Operations for shipment movement.

- • Resolve customer complaints promptly.

- • Track shipments and provide status updates.

- • Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP.

- • Coordinate with vendors, branches, and customers.

- • Prepare service reports.

- • Follow company SOPs and service standards.

- Qualifications
- • Graduate.

- • 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics/courier.

- • Good communication in English and Hindi.

- • MS Office knowledge.

- • Ability to work under pressure.

- Sales Coordinator (01 Position)
- CTC: 25,000 per month

- Key Responsibilities
- • Coordinate with the Sales Head and sales team for day-to-day sales activities.

- • Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals, rate sheets, and presentations with customers.





- • Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, customer database, enquiry tracker, and follow-up reports.

- • Follow up with prospective and existing customers for enquiries, quotations, meetings, and business closures.

- • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Accounts, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Required Skills
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Email.

- • Robust follow-up and coordination skills.

- • Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.

- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under

- Preferred Experience
- • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Business Development Coordination.

- • Experience in Logistics, Courier, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Distribution, or Supply Chain will be preferred.

- • Candidates with experience in preparing quotations and handling B2B customers will have an added advantage.
