About the openings

We are expanding our Freight Forwarding and LCL Consolidation business in Mumbai and are hiring across four functions. Candidates at all levels — from freshers to experienced professionals — are encouraged to apply; the role and responsibilities will be matched to your experience.

Customer Service

Own a set of accounts end to end: booking confirmations, space planning with carriers and co-loaders, milestone updates to shippers and consignees, and resolution of delays, roll-overs and exceptions. You are the single point of contact the customer calls.

Procurement

Source and negotiate ocean, air and LCL rates with carriers, NVOCCs, consolidators and overseas agents. Maintain the rate grid, close spot buys against live enquiries,



and protect margin on every shipment without compromising transit or reliability.

Documentation

Prepare and verify shipping bills, bills of lading, delivery orders, manifests, certificates of origin and export/import documentation. Coordinate filings with customs, carriers and CFS/ICDs, and keep records audit-ready against AEO and regulatory requirements.

Sales

Develop current business among exporters, importers and trade partners in the Mumbai market. Map prospects, quote and convert enquiries, build long-term account relationships, and work with Procurement and Customer Service to deliver what you sell.

What we are looking for

- Interest in, or experience with, freight forwarding, LCL consolidation, customs clearance or 3PL operations
- Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to deal directly with customers, carriers and overseas agents
- Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with a logistics or ERP system is an advantage
- Accuracy and attention to detail — in this business, a wrong document number is a real cost
- A graduate degree in any discipline; qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or Commerce are preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
