Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Coordinate shipments with transporters, freight forwarders, vendors, and warehouses.
- Track material movement and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage transportation schedules and route optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Material Planning and Procurement teams.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle shipment documentation, dispatch planning, and logistics reporting.
- Resolve delivery delays, transit issues, and customer escalations.
- Ensure compliance with logistics policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain logistics data in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
