Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers from initial enquiry through loan processing and disbursement.

- Understand customer requirements and collect the necessary financial and property documents.

- Prepare and maintain document checklists, financial information and loan eligibility data.

- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and follow up on applications, queries and pending requirements.

- Communicate with customers regularly and ensure a smooth loan processing experience.

- Maintain accurate records, CRM updates and MIS using MS Excel.

- Coordinate for loan disbursements and assist with related documentation and bank visits when required.

- Follow up with existing customers for repeat funding opportunities and referrals.

- Learn and develop expertise in Home Loans, Loan Against Property and other financial products handled by NFS.

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS or a related discipline.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in banking, financial services or loan processing will be an advantage.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Valuable academic record and a willingness to learn.

- Comfortable speaking with customers and coordinating with different stakeholders.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents.

- Proactive attitude with good follow-up and organisational skills.
