The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitch Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL), verify customer eligibility, and drive loan disbursements to meet monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to pre-qualified leads or cold data to generate interest in Personal and Business Loans.
- Lead Conversion: Understand the customer's financial requirement, explain loan features (ROI, tenure, processing fees), and convert leads into quality applications.
- Eligibility Check: Basic screening of customer profile, income documents, CIBIL score, and business vintage (for BL) to ensure alignment with bank/NBFC policies.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Guide customers regarding required documents, coordinate for document collection, and resolve queries during the login and sanction process.
- Target Achievement:



Achieve daily talk-time metrics and monthly loan disbursement targets (Value & Count).
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and update application status in the CRM system regularly.

Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telesales (experience in PL/BL, credit cards, or banking sales is a big plus). Freshers with valuable communication can also apply.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (Hindi and basic English), convincing power, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking terms, interest rates, EMI calculation, and loan documentation.
