About the role

At Networth Corp, we help enterprises institutionalise IBCS (International Business Communication Standards) so every chart across every function reads with the same visual grammar. Think Bloomberg terminal, not Christmas tree.

The pain is real: dashboards pile up in every department, no standards, no shared visual grammar, no one trusts the numbers, so decisions still get made in email threads and spreadsheets. Dashboard junk. You'll fix it — one client at a time — and turn the fix into curriculum, templates, and coaching Networth Corp ships across engagements.

Our default platform is Power BI, and depth here matters more than breadth across tools.

What you'll do

- Design and build IBCS-compliant Power BI dashboards that survive production use, not just look good in demos
- Build enterprise-grade semantic models in DAX — proper measure hierarchies, calculation groups, time intelligence that handles fiscal calendars and non-standard periods, dynamic RLS, aggregations, composite models
- Write production Power Query (M) that handles source drift — parameterised queries, incremental refresh, folding-aware transformations, error handling that doesn't silently drop rows
- Own the Power BI delivery lifecycle: workspace governance, deployment pipelines, dataset promotion across dev/test/prod, gateway configuration, Premium/Fabric capacity management
- Diagnose and fix performance — VertiPaq analysis, DAX Studio traces, storage engine vs formula engine, model compression, aggregation strategies
- Codify Power BI theme JSON, template packs, reusable custom visuals, and design system tokens for reuse across clients




- Run client workshops on IBCS SUCCESS® rules, visual restraint, and story-in-data
- Rebuild legacy dashboards (facelift + upgrade) into IBCS-native versions
- Contribute to Networth Corp's IBCS curriculum, coaching material, and delivery IP

What we're looking for

- 4+ years in BI or data visualization with production Power BI dashboards in market — not internal-only, not demos
- Deep DAX — you've written calculation groups, dynamic RLS by role and by row, and know when a measure is folding and when it's not
- Production Power Query (M) — you've handled source schema drift, tuned refresh,



and know why folding matters
- Performance tuning experience — DAX Studio server timings, VertiPaq analyzer, model size optimisation. You've killed a five-minute report and made it three seconds
- Tabular Editor in your daily workflow — Best Practice Analyzer, scripting, calc group authoring
- CIBCS certification or demonstrable IBCS-adherent portfolio — hard requirement, not nice-to-have
- Strong SQL — you can shape data at source when Power Query is the wrong tool
- Portfolio that shows visual restraint: information density, hierarchy that scans, no chartjunk
- Ability to run standards workshops and coach non-designers on IBCS principles
