Job Position: Litigation Associate - Legal

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in handling Real Estate Litigations

Location: Nambiar Builders Office, Dommasandra, near BB Jewelers, Bangalore

Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualification and Experience: Law Graduate (LLB), with a minimum of 5 years active hands on experiece in litigations, handling matters and personally attending court cases in Bangalore.

2. Court and Case Management: Regular visit to courts, tracking and monitoring the status of cases filed before various courts and quasi-judical authorities/ tribunals / RERA etc., liaising with external cousnels where required.

3. Drafting Experience: Demonstrated experience independently drafting complaints, plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence and other pleadings for filing before courts.

4. Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge in word and excel. Prepare reports and MIS for cases.
