Role Description The Litigation Associate will work full time in office at Rebizco’s office in Delhi, India. This role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, as well as assisting with case strategy and preparation.

The Litigation

Associate will conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law, analyze findings, and prepare clear summaries and memoranda. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with senior attorneys, managing case files and timelines, preparing for and attending court hearings, and supporting depositions and witness preparation.



The role also requires regular communication with clients, collaborative work with internal teams, and adherence to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with familiarity with relevant statutes, regulations, and procedural rules.
- Experience drafting and responding to Motions and other litigation pleadings.
- Proficient in legal Research, including case law analysis and preparation of research memoranda.
- Exposure to Depositions, including preparation of outlines, document review, and coordination with witnesses.
- Comfort working with Courts, including filing procedures, scheduling, and attending hearings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B or equivalent); enrollment with the Bar Council of India preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a structured environment.
- Prior experience in litigation, compliance, or regulatory matters is an advantage.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
