Job Title: Liquid Paint Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Liquid Paint Operator to operate and maintain liquid painting equipment and ensure products are painted according to required quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate liquid paint spray guns, pumps, booths, and related painting equipment.
- Prepare and mix paints, thinners, hardeners, and other materials according to specifications.
- Check paint viscosity, color, shade, and application quality.
- Perform surface preparation such as cleaning, masking, and dust removal before painting.
- Apply paint evenly using spray-painting techniques.
- Monitor paint flow, pressure, temperature, and spray parameters.
- Inspect painted components for defects such as runs, sags, pinholes, uneven coating, and color variation.
- Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of spray guns, pumps, hoses, and painting equipment.
- Maintain proper records of paint consumption and production.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical-handling guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the paint-shop area.




- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in liquid painting or industrial spray painting is preferred.
- Knowledge of spray-painting equipment and paint-mixing procedures.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Ability to work safely with paints, solvents, and chemicals.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18000to ₹30000 per month, based on experience and skill.
