Role Description The Lighting Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of lighting and control systems across various projects. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting lighting designs, setting up and wiring fixtures and control gear, testing and troubleshooting lighting control networks, and ensuring systems meet safety and performance standards.

The role involves close coordination with project engineers, designers,



and contractors to implement architectural and automation lighting solutions that align with client requirements and industry specifications.

The Lighting

Technician will also assist in commissioning systems, documenting configurations, and providing basic user guidance for clients and site teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in lighting systems, including general Lighting and Stage Lighting for diverse environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Control technologies, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Design principles, understanding layouts, intensity, and ambiance requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Wiring related to lighting installations, following safety codes and standards.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with low voltage systems, LED technologies, and automation or BMS integration is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and use basic testing tools and measurement equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in office and within project timelines.
