About Us:

Victory Minerals is an expanding organization in mineral mining and processing. We are looking for two proactive and experienced Liaison Officers to manage statutory compliances, government relations, and community affairs—one dedicated to our operations in Katni, MP, and one dedicated to Nagpur, MH.

Key Responsibilities:

- Government &
- Agency Coordination:

Act as the primary representative before relevant state and district government bodies (Mining Department, Pollution Control Board, Forest Department, Revenue Department, District Collectorate, and Police Authorities) in your designated region.

- Statutory Approvals &

- Permits:

Secure, renew, and maintain all operational permissions, mining clearances, environmental NOCs, factory licenses, and explosive permits.

- Land &

- Revenue Operations:

Coordinate with local revenue officials (Tehsildar, Patwari, Land Records) regarding land surveys, surface rights, compensation, and royalty tracking.

- Community Affairs &

- CSR:

Build strong relationships with local Panchayats, landholders, and community leaders to ensure smooth field operations and manage local grievances.

- Site Inspections &

- Audit Support:

Represent Victory Minerals during statutory site visits, state audits,



and inspections; resolve operational or field issues swiftly.

- Compliance Management: Maintain accurate compliance tracking calendars to ensure strict adherence to state mineral policies, MMDR rules, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on government liaison experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial operations.

- Knowledge: Sound understanding of mining laws (MMDR Act), state mineral rules, environmental safety norms, and local land administration.

- Languages: High proficiency in Hindi and English. Fluency in Marathi is preferred for the Nagpur position.

- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally across mining areas, processing plants, and government offices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
