About The Job

RSA is seeking a motivated Legal Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with substantial experience in proceedings before the Calcutta High Court.

Eligibility

- Enrolled Advocate registered with the Bar Council.
- 1–2 years of regular appearance in the Delhi High Court.
- Ability to independently prepare drafts and conduct case-law research with limited supervision.
- Good understanding of court procedures, filing practices, and litigation strategy.
- Proficiency with legal research databases and standard office/productivity tools.





Responsibility

- Practical exposure to litigation and arbitration
- Opportunity to work on diverse contentious matters
- Experience in court and arbitration proceedings
- Qualified growth within a specialised legal practice
- Full-time engagement with the chambers
