- Provide legal advice to different teams in the company.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
- Support the business in managing legal risks.
- Work on regulatory filings and maintain legal records.
- Assist in creating policies aligned with legal standards.
- Stay updated on changes in laws that affect the company.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in law (LLB or equivalent).
- At-least five years of work experienc - Experience with a tech platform/ startup is mandatory - Good understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
