Legal Associate for EV Sector

Location: Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Recent Delhi

Experience: Minimum 6 months (EV sector specific)

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Associate to join our legal team, working on matters related to the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on exposure to legal issues specific to EV manufacturing, mobility, or clean-energy transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal support on regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters relating to EV manufacturers, dealers, and ancillary businesses
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, MoUs, and contracts specific to the EV/clean-mobility industry
- Research and advise on evolving EV-related policies, subsidies, incentives, and regulatory frameworks (state and central)
- Assist in due diligence for EV sector clients, including compliance checks under applicable laws
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies as required
- Support senior counsel on litigation, arbitration,



or dispute resolution matters involving EV sector clients
- Stay updated on emerging legal and policy developments in the EV and clean-energy space

Requirements:

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university
- Minimum 6 months of demonstrable experience working on EV-sector-related legal matters (in-house, law firm, or advisory capacity)
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Sound understanding of corporate/commercial law fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables under deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
