What You'll Do

- Work directly with IB on transaction structuring and documentation
- Handle corporate compliance matters for high-growth clients
- Draft and negotiate customer, vendor, and employee agreements
- Conduct due diligence and legal research on live deals
- Mentor and learn from senior legal professionals

LLB graduate (freshers welcome)
