Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Technical Teaching: Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures covering core Mechanical Engineering concepts, theories, and applications.

- Practical Learning: Conduct laboratory sessions and provide hands-on exposure to engineering tools, equipment, and practical applications.

- Academic Planning: Develop structured lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessment strategies aligned with curriculum requirements.

- Student Mentorship: Mentor and guide students in academics, technical skills, projects, internships, seminars, and career development.

- Project Guidance: Supervise mini projects and major projects, encouraging innovation, problem-solving, and application-based learning.

- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct internal assessments, examinations, practical evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.

- Industry Integration: Incorporate current industrial practices, emerging technologies, case studies, and real-world engineering applications into teaching.

- Laboratory Management: Coordinate laboratory activities, maintain equipment and resources,



and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

- Technology-Enabled Teaching: Leverage CAD/CAM tools, engineering software, digital platforms, simulations, and contemporary teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

- Technical Development: Organize and coordinate workshops, seminars, industrial visits, technical events, and skill-development programmes.

- Academic Coordination: Collaborate with faculty and departmental teams for curriculum delivery, academic planning, documentation, and institutional activities.

- Student Engagement: Encourage participation in technical competitions, innovation initiatives, professional activities, and extracurricular programmes.

- Continuous Development: Stay updated with advancements in Mechanical Engineering, emerging technologies, industry trends, and contemporary teaching practices.
