Job Summary: As a Retail Leasing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leasing activities for commercial retail properties. You will work closely with senior leasing professionals and property managers to help attract and retain tenants, maintain property occupancy, and ensure the overall success of the retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tenant Relationship Management:

· Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. · Respond to tenant inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
1. Market Research:

· Conduct market research to identify potential retail tenants and market trends. · Assist in analyzing market data to determine competitive rental rates and leasing strategies.
1. Lease Administration:

· Support the leasing team in preparing lease agreements, amendments, and related documentation. · Ensure accurate and timely lease data entry and maintenance in the leasing database.
1. Property Showings:

· Coordinate property showings for potential tenants. · Assist in presenting available retail spaces to prospective tenants and highlight key selling points.
1. Marketing and Promotion:





· Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for vacant retail spaces.
1. Financial Analysis:

· Assist in evaluating the financial viability of lease deals, including rent analysis and lease terms.
1. Administrative Tasks:

· Provide administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling meetings.
1. Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies. · Assist in resolving any lease-related disputes or issues.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or any field.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.

· Basic knowledge of real estate and leasing concepts (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
