Role Description The Leasing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial leasing process for tenants and property owners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying suitable commercial properties, conducting market research, coordinating and leading property site visits, and maintaining accurate lease documentation. The role involves negotiating lease terms, facilitating agreements between tenants and property owners,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

The Leasing

Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide transparent, high-quality leasing support and deliver a seamless experience from initial inquiry to lease closure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Commercial Leasing and knowledge of various commercial property types.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Negotiations to effectively structure and close mutually beneficial agreements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and handling Leases to manage documentation, renewals, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze locations, rental trends, and competitive offerings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with tenants, property owners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leasing assignments, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate or leasing is preferred; familiarity with NCR market is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
