Learning Operations - SAP Instructor-Led Training Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist– SAP Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Location- Mumbai Must have skills- Strong understanding of process automation, workflow management, and operational reporting. Positive to have skills- stakeholder management, Financial operations Role Overview The Learning Operations Specialist for SAP ILT is accountable for ensuring seamless execution of learning operations for SAP Instructor-led training programs. The role entails managing end-to-end learning administration, process optimization, and learner support to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity.

This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining compliance, enhancing learner experience, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and other internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities Administer registration and enrollment workflows to ensure accurate learner participation records. Align automated and manual communication workflows, including learner notifications for enrollment, reminders, and cancellations, as per changes and updates. Maintain accurate customer, contract, and CRM records.

Prepare and submit client invoices as per agreed terms and documents. Track pending payments and follow up with internal teams or clients when needed. Update data, analyze information, and prepare reports and dashboards.





Support regular reporting and documentation for smooth finance and operations. Maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure accuracy of documentation for all learning operational processes. Support process improvement initiatives leveraging learner feedback and operational analytics.

Monitor and track service-level agreements (SLAs), escalating delays or performance deviations. Ensure compliance with global data privacy, accessibility, and audit requirements governing learning operations. Participate in governance forums, operational reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness of learner registration and data validation. SLA adherence for issue resolution and learner support requests. Quality and compliance of operational reporting and audit outcomes. Learner satisfaction scores and feedback response trends. Degree of process automation and efficiency improvements implemented.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline. Strong understanding of process automation, workflow management, and operational reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
