Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leasing strategy, tenant acquisition, negotiations, and client relationship management across our warehousing and industrial real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies for warehouse and industrial spaces.
- Identify and secure new tenants through networking, site visits, and broker relationships.
- Lead lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rental structures, and legal documentation.
- Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the leasing process.
- Analyze market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing.
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and performance metrics for senior management.




- Represent the company at industry events and with brokerage partners to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in leasing (preferably in warehousing, industrial, or commercial real estate).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of lease terms, legal clauses, and market dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
