What would you do?

- The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures training content uses correct, concise, and explicit language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards.
- Talent Development Instruction Design
- - Proven knowledge of English grammar and different English dialects
- - Excellent command over written and verbal English and strong communication skills
- - Keen attention to detail
- - Familiarity with style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or in house style guides
- - Ability to work with stringent timelines; flexibility and agility to adjust to changing schedules
- - Ability to work with a range of subjects What are we looking for?
- Preferred
- - Exposure to the content development instructional design domain
- - Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience




- - 7-11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium. Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Review project deliverables to ensure:
- o Instructional quality meets defined objectives and product specifications, if applicable.
- o They are free of spelling grammatical punctuation errors.
- o Conciseness and clarity.
- o Reduced repetition of information, unless specifically required by design, if applicable.
- o Compliance with agreed style guide and client standards (including tone voice).
- o Consistency (formatting, use of terms, and so on), if applicable.
- - Analyze deliverables to identify common errors and ways to minimize them.
- - Track and communicate errors in the defined categories for each deliverable and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- - Work with the QA Lead to confirm that the appropriate style guide and client standards have been established for client projects.
- - Flag and escalate discrepancies, unclear guidance, or evolving expectations in client standards and preferences.
- - Identify, track, and report on the quality status of client deliverables.
- - Maintain accurate documentation of reviews, including time tracking and reporting logs, and contribute to QA dashboards or metrics reports.
- - Work with the QA Lead and client stakeholders in addressing barriers to quality development and coaching team members to address these gaps and improve quality.
- - Create and develop mentoring programs, as needed, to coach team members on improving writing quality.
- - Engage with team members to track and report engagement drivers and identify challenges and successes.
- - Provide project feedback to reporting team members in a timely manner.
- - Track growth opportunities and areas of development for reporting team members.
