? Experience Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager / Outlet Manager
- Solid experience in Restaurant Operations & Employee Training
- Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to conduct training programs for frontline and management teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training programs for restaurant teams
- Identify training needs and develop training plans
- Support onboarding and induction programs
- Conduct operational, service and behavioural training
- Track training effectiveness and employee development
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to improve team capability and performance.
