Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs across digital platforms, ensuring smooth execution and a positive learner experience.
- Assist in implementing initiatives that accommodate diverse learning styles and schedules, helping learners engage at their own pace while staying aligned with client commitments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather contextual inputs, supporting the alignment of learning solutions with business needs.
- Contribute to content curation and development that encourages self-discovery and curiosity-driven learning, drawing from existing frameworks and organizational culture.
- Help create and maintain knowledge assets such as case studies, reading materials, and interactive assignments, ensuring they are modular and reusable.
- Support peer learning initiatives by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and helping facilitate discussions that leverage internal expertise.
- Assist in managing external learning partnerships by coordinating with vendors and tracking deliverables against agreed timelines.





Preferred candidate profile Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience Range: 2 to 5 years
- Education: Any graduate degree; Engineering or MBA (HR or Marketing) preferred
- Prior experience in L&D;, content development, or knowledge management is preferred; a strong passion for learning is equally valued
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and a willingness to deepen that knowledge on the job
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to content and learner engagement
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Curious, growth-oriented mindset with an interest in applying positive psychology in a learning context
- Education - Engineering IT/CS, MBA- HR
- Tech Savvy, understands digital platforms
