Role Description As a Learning and Development Specialist at Skillofy_AI, you will design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences for diverse learners across tech and non-tech programs. In this full-time remote role, you will conduct needs assessments, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create instructional content, including curricula, learning paths, and training materials aligned with organizational goals. You will manage and update learning programs on digital platforms, facilitate live training sessions and workshops,



and provide ongoing coaching and support to help learners achieve defined outcomes.

Daily responsibilities include tracking learner progress, analyzing feedback and performance data, and continuously improving programs based on insights and best practices. You will also partner with internal teams to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives and contribute to a strong ecosystem of future-ready professionals.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering learner-centered training programs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management, including managing learning platforms, tracking learner progress, and using analytics to improve outcomes.
- Expertise in Instructional Design, with the ability to create structured curricula, learning paths, and engaging digital learning content.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder collaboration, and learner engagement.
- Coaching skills to guide, mentor, and support learners through career transitions and skill development journeys.
- Experience with edtech or online learning environments, and familiarity with AI or technology-driven training is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced certifications in L&D; or instructional design are beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
