Seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development, integration and maintenance of HIL, MIL and Electronic Integration Platform validation benches for ECU and vehicle system validation. The role includes validation platform architecture, simulation environment development, automated testing, troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination.

Must Have

- 7-9 years of experience in Automotive Validation Bench Development.
- Solid hands-on experience in HIL, MIL and ECU Validation.
- Expertise in Vector CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE and/or NI platforms.
- Experience with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
- Knowledge of ECU architecture, sensor/actuator integration and I/O mapping.
- Experience in developing automated test logic,



validation frameworks and regression testing.
- Strong debugging, issue analysis and integration skills.
- Ability to drive bench setup, configuration, maintenance and technical documentation. Good to Have
- AUTOSAR architecture knowledge.
- CAPL, Python, or MATLAB scripting experience.
- Experience with validation gateways, plant models and environment simulation.
- Understanding of CI/CD-based validation and test automation ecosystems.
- Prior experience leading technical discussions and mentoring junior engineers.
