Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter Lead to manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment and support the team in achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until closure.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS.
- Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in IT recruitment/domestic recruitment .
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Positive knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates who can work from Valasarakkam, Chennai are preferred.
