Role Overview :

- Primarily responsible for understanding and supporting HR business processes, analyzing complex data, and implementing technology solutions to address business needs.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between HR systems, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Platforms, Identity Management systems, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional projects that solve complex business problems and bridge business needs with technical solutions
- Drive HR systems implementation and enhancement initiatives across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Lyric HCM
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, configuration support, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities
- Oversee the support and continuous improvement of HR systems and integrations
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions
- Analyze gaps, investigate issues, identify root causes, and present solution options to both business and IT stakeholders
- Design, implement, and support integrations across HR applications and related enterprise platforms
- Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation
- Plan and execute testing for system enhancements, fixes, releases, and upgrades
- Manage change effectively by assessing impacts across technology,



processes, and business operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple priorities across projects and support demands
- Collaborate with platform providers to resolve complex production and integration issues
- Continuously build expertise in emerging ADP HCM capabilities while supporting existing and legacy platforms.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 12 - 14 years of overall IT experience
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst roles supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms
- Experience driving one or more end-to-end HCM platform implementations
- Experience supporting at least two production support engagements/projects
- Strong experience in system implementation, technical analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and delivery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong understanding of SQL and data analysis concepts
- Solid communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills
- Experience with ADP Lyric HCM is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications :

- Product Management certification
- HCM platform certification (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP)
