Salary Range: 3 LPA to 10 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and execute HVAC works for Data Center projects from planning through installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQ, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, BMS, fire protection, and other MEP teams.
- Supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, cooling towers, ducts, piping, and associated HVAC systems .
- Ensure HVAC systems meet required data center cooling, redundancy, reliability, and performance requirements .
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Review method statements, material approvals, inspection requests, and testing/commissioning documentation.
- Support testing & commissioning, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing),



and performance testing .
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering .
- 2–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Data Center HVAC experience is preferred/required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, precision cooling, ventilation, and ducting.
- Experience in large-scale MEP/EPC projects.
- Positive knowledge of HVAC drawings, AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and site coordination.
- Strong project execution and vendor/contractor management skills.
- Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.

Preferred Data Center Experience Candidates with experience in Tier II, Tier III, or Tier IV Data Center projects , particularly in HVAC installation, project execution, testing, and commissioning, will be considered.
