This role focuses on designing and implementing technology solutions tailored to meet specific business needs including advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that drive business transformation. We are seeking technically proficient Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of creative solutions across our enterprise. This role requires translation of complex business challenges into robust, scalable, cost effective and secure architectures, with a specific focus on leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Additionally, the role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Solution Architecture and Design

- Solution architect (he /she) needs to design and document the overall architecture of technology solutions.
- Develops reference architectures and reusable components across business units.
- Ensures overall architecture is in alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Acts as a bridge between technical and business aspects of an organization and oversees the design and implementation of solution components viz., Digital IT, Application systems and GenAI applications.

End User Requirements Elicitation And Impact Assessment

- Collaborates with stakeholders, such as end-users, business analysts, techno-functional leads, project managers, initiative owners to understand needs and to elicit requirements.




- Uses adequate methods / tools e.g., design thinking, user journey map to clarify the requirements and establish the impact

Technology evaluation and selection

- Assesses various technologies and platforms to determine the most suitable options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
- Guides on build vs. buy choices.
- Figures out the fit for purpose choice among programming languages like JavaScript, Java, .Net, SQL, etc., and the choice among the operating systems like Windows, UNIX, and databases like Oracle, MySQL. MS SQL Server, PostGreSQL.
- Evaluates and select the most appropriate LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama), orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Autogen), Embedding model selections, Vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Qdrant, ChromaDB).
- Outlines the approaches for AI apps development that meets the specifications of prevailing best-in-class applications in external landscape.
- Gauges the use of cloud platforms Azure cloud tech stack, Oracle cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tech stack or on prem infrastructure in conjunction with the overall deployment and operations blueprint




- Layouts the Data and insights solutions orchestration among modern data and AI platform components such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Oracle ADW, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Analytical Cloud (OAC), Power BI, Power Automate.

Define framework and guardrails for AI Governance Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, keyword filtering, data privacy regulations (e.g., DPDP act, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable), data governance and security best practices, including bias mitigation and explainability. Provide Subject matter guidance and lead AI in ARB (Architecture review board)

Provide technical expertise in ARB and guidance to business functions, development teams helping them implement the solution effectively.

Ensuring performance, scalability, and security

Solution architects must ensure that the technology solution meets the necessary performance, scalability, and security standards, addressing any potential risks or vulnerabilities.

Risk identification and mitigation

Responsible for identifying potential risks and issues related to the solution and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them, ensuring the project's success.

Innovation and capability building

- Actively seek opportunities for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the technology solution, keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor teams on best practices and accelerate internal capability building.
