Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js or Angular.

Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Work with Git and CI/CD tools for source control and deployment.

Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution design.

Required Skills

Backend

Strong proficiency in Core Java / Java 8+

Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate

REST API development and integration

Microservices architecture

Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and exception handling

Frontend

React.js or Angular

JavaScript / TypeScript





HTML5 and CSS3

Responsive web development

Database

Strong SQL knowledge

Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle

Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage

Tools & DevOps

Git / GitHub / Bitbucket

Maven / Gradle

JUnit / Mockito

Jenkins or other CI/CD tools

Docker and Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage

Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on enterprise or product-based applications.

Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ, Spring Security, JWT/OAuth2 will be an added advantage.
