JOB Title Project Lead/Coordinator

Department Operations

Location/Unit – Mulund

Key Role of the Position- The Project Lead/Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing product development and business operations from concept to launch. This role requires a strong balance of project management, vendor coordination, regulatory awareness, and a passion for patient-centric innovation

Education/Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience 3–6 years of experience in project management, cosmetics, healthcare products, or start-up operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for product development (wigs, creams, skincare).
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with R&D;, vendors, dermatologists, oncologists, and product designers.
- Coordinate with external partners (manufacturers, suppliers, testing labs, packaging vendors).
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Support compliance with cosmetic industry standards, safety regulations, and certifications




- Ensure documentation and quality checks are maintained.
- Market Research & Customer Insights
- Gather insights on MOC oncology patients’ needs and preferences for cosmetic and supportive care products.
- Benchmark against competitors and ensure patient-centric innovation.
- Operations & Vendor Management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate timelines, quality standards, and costs.
- Track procurement of raw materials, accessories (e.g., wig fibers), and packaging.
- Communication & Reporting
- Serve as a single point of contact between MOC management and project stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership.
