Role Description The Lead PEGA Systems role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will lead the design, development, and implementation of PEGA-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and architectural standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to define workflows, guiding a team of PEGA developers, conducting code reviews, and overseeing integration with other enterprise systems.





The Lead PEGA Systems professional will also troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards. In addition, this role involves mentoring team members, contributing to best practices, and supporting project planning and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong PEGA expertise, including PEGA application design, development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading technical teams, with skills in solution architecture, code review, and technical mentorship.
- Background in enterprise software development, including workflows, integrations, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, gather and refine requirements, and translate them into scalable PEGA solutions.
- Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, and best practices in testing, deployment, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PEGA certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, LSA) are highly beneficial.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles and exposure to multi-region or global projects is an advantage.
