Role Description

Senior Full Stack Developer – Node.js & React

Experience: 8–10 years

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, and JavaScript to design and develop scalable web applications, work with complex legacy codebases, and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and development using Node.js and React.
- Work independently on complex legacy JavaScript applications.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
- Drive code quality, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, security, and performance.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Work with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, Agile/SDLC practices,



and timely delivery.
- Use GitHub Copilot/AI development tools to improve productivity.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of software development experience.
- Strong Node.js, React, and JavaScript expertise.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Oracle/RDBMS, SQL/NoSQL, and XML.
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
- Familiarity with React Testing Library.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
