Lead 1 - Software developer Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer JD Position: ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Developer Key Responsibilities

- Implement and enhance ServiceNow SAM solutions.
- Configure software models, entitlements, publishers, reclamation workflows, and normalization processes.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and reports.
- Integrate SAM with CMDB, HAM, Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Flexera, or other inventory tools.
- Support software license compliance, optimization, and audit activities.
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation for software installations and entitlements.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and production support.

Required

Skills





- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SAM and
- Large enterprise SAM implementation experience
- Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with software licensing concepts and publisher management.
- Knowledge of software normalization and reclamation processes.

Preferred

Skills

- ServiceNow CIS-SAM certification.
- Positive understanding of CMDB, Discovery, HAM, and ITSM modules.
- Experience with Flexera, SCCM, Intune, or Snow Software. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
