Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: All UST Locations

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform security, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
- Configure Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Implement IAM workflows, access management, role/group management, and identity lifecycle automation.
- Support and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SLA processes.
- Manage Hardware Asset Management lifecycle, asset models, stockrooms, and CMDB relationships.
- Configure Employee Center, UI Builder, portals, widgets, knowledge, search, and personalization.
- Manage ACLs, roles, update sets, notifications, data policies, and deployments.
- Perform troubleshooting, code reviews,



testing, UAT support, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Mandatory experience in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal/Employee Center, and CMDB.
- Good understanding of asset lifecycle management and data modeling.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Positive to Have
- REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub experience.
- Exposure to HRSD, SAM, Discovery, and ATF.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA / CAD
- Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, IAM, or ITAM
