Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Data Quality & Deduplication Lead to drive enterprise-wide data quality initiatives across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce data models, governance frameworks, duplicate management, data remediation strategies, and integration architectures.

This role will be responsible for assessing current-state data quality challenges, defining remediation and prevention strategies, and delivering executive-level recommendations to improve data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce data quality and deduplication initiatives across Sales Cloud and Health Cloud.




- Analyze existing Salesforce data and identify duplicate trends, root causes, and business impact.
- Design and implement matching, scoring, survivorship, and merge strategies.
- Develop comprehensive data governance and quality frameworks.
- Perform Salesforce data cleansing, normalization, enrichment, and remediation activities.
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce native capabilities, Apex, and integration platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define optimal remediation approaches.
- Evaluate and recommend data synchronization and integration strategies.
- Support real-time and batch integrations with enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize SOQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Create technical documentation, architecture recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive leadership teams.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Health Cloud experience.
- Strong background in Salesforce Data Architecture, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and custom object data models.
- Advanced proficiency in SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex and Batch Apex.
- Experience in data cleansing, migration, deduplication, and data remediation programs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data relationships.
- Experience defining matching rules, merge logic, and survivorship frameworks.
- Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to independently perform data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Certified Data Architect
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification
- Experience with Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, SSIS, or similar ETL platforms
- IBM InfoSphere MDM experience
- Experience with enterprise MDM implementations
- Experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments
