Platform

Support is the connective tissue of PlayStation's infrastructure — a team that owns operations across cloud networking, observability, identity, CDN, DNS, egress, and certificate management. We're looking for an engineer who combines technical depth with operational instinct: someone who doesn't just fix problems, but finds the gaps before they become incidents and builds the tooling to close them. AWS REQUIRED Hands-on AWS experience is a hard requirement. You will work with VPC, IAM, Route53, ACM, Secrets Manager, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and AWS Firewall daily.

Site Reliability Engineer
