Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generator who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting initial communication, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other sources.
- Identify potential customers and businesses within the target market.
- Make outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
- Understand basic customer requirements and collect relevant information.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead database / CRM.
- Share qualified leads with the Sales Executive/Sales Manager for further follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective customers as instructed by the sales team.
- Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and conversion.
- Research market segments and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate customer data.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Number of new leads generated.
- Number of qualified leads.
- Daily/weekly call activity.
- Lead-to-enquiry conversion.
- Follow-up completion.
- Sales opportunities generated for the sales team.

Salary ₹[Salary Range] per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,074.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
