The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential clients, building prospect lists, and initiating outreach to generate leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospect data using CRM software.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling under guidance.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
- Support senior executives in managing lead generation campaigns.
- Track and report lead generation activities and results on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing final year).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and online research methods.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales/business development role.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
