? Job Overview

We are looking for Lead Generation / Telemarketing Specialists who are confident communicators and passionate about sales and customer interaction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and transferring relevant leads to the sales team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and customer requirements
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline




- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information
- Share detailed lead information and customer requirements with the sales team
- Track and report daily lead-generation activities and performance
- Analyze lead-generation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

✅ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

✅ Good understanding of sales and lead-generation processes

✅ Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude

✅ US Calling experience preferred

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or a related US Calling role
