- Hands-on work experience in the domain of passenger cars or commercial automotive vehicle EV and Hybrid architectures (PHEV, HEV, BEV).
- Deep knowledge of 1D vehicle simulation, energy management strategy, regenerative braking optimization, and powertrain thermal management.
- Positive understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain duty cycles, and standard drive cycles (like MIDC, WLTP) including upcoming simulation frameworks like Bharat VECTO.
- Working knowledge of regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for automotive high-voltage systems (such as AIS-040, ISO 26262 functional safety basics).
- Able to build, check, and review simulation models on tools like AVL Cruise, MATLAB/Simulink, or equivalent system simulation software.
- Ability to handle independent powertrain simulation projects and be responsible for individual team output.
Lead, mentor, and guide a small team of engineers to deliver high-quality, result-oriented system engineering solutions.
