Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Experience: 7–13 Years

Job Summary We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead with strong hands-on integration development experience and architecture knowledge. The candidate should be capable of engaging with business users, gathering integration requirements, designing scalable integration solutions, leading a team, and delivering enterprise integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather integration requirements from business and application teams.
- Design end-to-end integration architecture and solution blueprints.
- Develop and review integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Lead integration developers and manage project deliveries.
- Design API-led integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, and event-driven architectures.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to integration standards.
- Handle customer discussions, workshops, and requirement analysis sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership.
- Coordinate with ERP, EPM, WMS,



CRM, and external application teams.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and governance of integrations.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (Mandatory).
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FTP/SFTP integrations.
- Knowledge of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, EPM, WMS, or other enterprise applications.
- Ability to create technical design documents and integration specifications.
- Experience managing 2–5 integration developers.
- Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Oracle API Gateway knowledge.
- OCI Services.
- ORDS.
- Oracle SOA Suite/OSB/ESB experience.
- DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
- Oracle Integration certifications.
