Job Title: Lead Brand & Product Designer Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Designer to take ownership of our brand identity and visual systems, with the support of our current in-house Graphic Designer. In this role, you will define, evolve, and execute our brand across every touchpoint - from high-impact marketing campaigns to our digital product ecosystem. Splitting your time between our Marketing and Product teams, you will act as the guardian of our visual language, ensuring seamless brand consistency, exceptional user experiences, and high-quality creative output across both physical and digital media.

What You Will Be Doing

- Brand Strategy & Visual Identity: Define, evolve, and maintain our overall brand strategy, guidelines, and visual identity systems across physical assets (print,

packaging, event collateral) and digital touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Design Execution: Work closely with our Marketing Lead and Product Team to conceptualise, prototype, and deliver high-level creative solutions from brief through final production.
- Product & Digital Experience: Translate brand identity into user-centred product experiences by creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, user interface (UI) components, and polished assets ready for front-end development.
- Marketing & Campaign Collateral: Lead the visual design for marketing campaigns, website banners, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and printed materials.
- Design Systems & Asset Management: Build and maintain a scalable design system (UI kit, typography scale, iconography, component libraries) that aligns both marketing collateral and digital product UI.
- End-to-End Ownership: Oversee design workflows from early-stage conceptualisation and mood boards to pre-flight print checks and digital asset handoffs for developers.

What You’ll Need to Make the Most of the Role

- 5 - 6+ years of experience in a design role (agency, in-house, or high-level freelance) with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in both brand identity development and digital product design (UI/UX).
- A deep passion for brand identity and brand development, with a proven track record of creating cohesive visual systems across physical and digital mediums.
- Strong affinity for UX/UI design,

including a firm grasp of standard UX best practices, design thinking, visual hierarchy, and web/app design fundamentals.
- End-to-end production skills: Ability to produce high-level design solutions at every stage - from wireframing and interactive prototyping to delivering polished, development-ready assets.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard tools: Figma (for product/UI design systems) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Cross-functional leadership & communication: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with marketing leads, developers, and creative peers, clearly presenting design rationale and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Resourcefulness under deadline: Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Positive, upbeat, happy approach to creative collaboration, work, and life.

Nice to Have

- Experience with animation and motion design for web and product UI (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate smoother handoffs with engineering teams.
- Experience using 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D) to create unique brand or product visuals.
- Experience managing external vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers for physical brand assets.

Submission Requirements:

- Successful second-round applicants will be required to submit a company-related at-home task.
