Lead Developer - Android

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Android Developer to join our team, specializing in real-time tracking applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Android development and a proven track record in building advanced, database-driven applications for both Android and web platforms. As a Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile offerings, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly, and efficient products.

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of advanced applications for the Android platform while ensuring responsiveness and great performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to define, design, and deploy new features and functionality.
- Work with external data sources, APIs, and third-party libraries and frameworks.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and frameworks to maximize development efficiency.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Oversee and mentor junior developers on application development best practices and maintain code quality through peer reviews and automated testing.
- Manage the entire app lifecycle from concept stage until delivery and post-launch support.
