Your Tasks

- Candidate must hold a Master's degree in Veterinary Science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Food / Meat Industry in Production / Quality Control.
- The candidate should have successfully completed Lead Auditor courses in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and/or ISO 9001.
- The Candidate must have knowledge about meat processing i.e. receving control on live stocks, Ante - Mortem inspection, slaughtering, bleeding, skinning, evisceration, Post - Mortem Inspection, Carcass washing, chilling, deboning, cold storage etc.
- Good communication Skills
- The candidate must have thorough knowlede on Quality Assuarance and Quality control system.

Certification Requirement

- Lead Auditor training in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRC GS Food.
- 2 Days course in HACCP.
- Food defense and Food fraud training followed by exam.
- Relevant PRPs - ISO/TS 22002 series followed by exam.

- B.Tech Food Technology or any other food related degree
