Lead Azure Integration Developer The Role:

As a Lead Azure InLegraLion Developer, you will serve as the technical leader of our offshore development Learn in India, operating as an extensiDn oF the Netherlands-based integration team. Following a successful migration and consolidation from three middleware platforms (Oracle Fusion Middleware, MulesoFt, and Spring Boot) into a unified Azure-based inLegraLion stack, we are now entering a new chapter: refining our Framework, enhancing security, and optimizing performance.

In this role, you will translate architectural direction LrDm Our Lead Architect into robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support mission-critical maritime and Dffshore operations. You will drive technical excellence, prepare work packages, act as a point oF contact For support, and review delivered wDfk to ensure quality and alignment with Royal INC's standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of robust, secure, and high-performing integration solutions on Azure.




- Design and implement inEegraEion solutions follDwing patterns and architectural guidelines defined bythe Lead Architect.
- DevelDp Complex integration components and services using C#/.NET and Azure-native capabilities.
- Conduct in-depEh code reviews, ensuring quality, cDnsisLency, and alignment with Royal INC's engineering standards.
- Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers within the offshore team in best practices and soItware hygiene.
- Prepare work packages for team members and external partners, acting as a point oF contact For support.
- Contribute to technical decision-making and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Deline and maintain Terraform modules supporting integration inIrastrucLure in Azure.

• Contribute Lo the evolution of DevSec mps practices and architecture aligned with the MicrosoLL ClDud Adoption Framework (CAF).
- TrDubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

• Collaborate closely with the Netherlands-based development Learn, archiLecLs, product owner, and scrum masEer within an Agile/Scrum workplace. Required Skills & Experiences:

- ExperL-level proficiency in C#/.NET (5+ years experience).
- Deep knowledge oF Azure Integration Services (API Management, Service Bus, EvenL Grid, Logic Apps, Functions).

• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Kubernetes,including building, deploying, and operating containerized applications in cloud environments.
- Proven experience in leading software integration projects.

- SErong understanding oF security, performance Euning, and scalable architecture.




- Solid grasp of Enterprise Integration Patterns and how to apply them in real-world scenarios.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and Cooling (Azure DevOps Dr GiLHub Actions), enabling SITIODth and secure deployment pipelines.
- Experience with RESTIul API design and OpenAPl/Swagger speciFicaEions.
- Experience with InFrasLrucLure as Code (laC), specifically TerraForm.
- Familiarity wiEh version control systems like Gif, and a disciplined approach to collaborative development.
- Background in middleware platforms (Oracle Fusion, MulesDft, Spring Book) is a sLrong plus.

• Knowledge of or strong inLeresL in Al-first development using tools such as Claude Code, OpenAl Codex, and GiLHub Copilot Eo accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Agile mindset with experience working in Scrum teams.
- SQL Server and/Dr other daEa stores.
- Background in automated testing.

Experience. Education & Soft Skills:

- 10-12 years oF relevant experience in software development wiEh a focus on inEegraLion, including proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's or Master degree in CompuEer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or

relevant Filed.
- SErong communication skills and Ehe ability to influence technical direction.

- Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural delivery setups.
