Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hyperion Developer to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting, and Data Integration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Hyperion applications, automating financial planning and reporting processes, integrating data from enterprise systems, and optimizing application performance.

The role requires close collaboration with finance, business, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing EPM solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Design, develop,



and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
- Develop and optimize Essbase cubes, calculation scripts, business rules, and metadata management.
- Build and maintain financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and support data integration processes using tools such as FDMEE, ODI, or Data Management.
- Create and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) and Smart View.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Perform application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Implement application enhancements, security configurations, and vulnerability fixes.
- Support Hyperion application upgrades, patching, deployments, and production releases.
- Collaborate with finance users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Hyperion applications.
- Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, support guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and production support activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).





Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Primary Skill: Hyperion Development, Essbase, ETL Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Hyderabad Only

NP: Immediate to 30 Days

Work Model: Initial 8 week WFO, Continued with 3 days hybrid.
