Laptop Engineer / Technician

We are looking for a Laptop Engineer / Technician with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in laptop and desktop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

The candidate should be comfortable diagnosing hardware and software problems and handling day-to-day customer service and repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop problems
- Laptop/desktop hardware installation and replacement
- RAM, SSD, HDD and other component upgrades
- Windows installation, formatting and software installation
- Driver installation and basic software troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues related to display, keyboard, battery, charging, overheating, etc.
- Basic laptop cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Handle customer repair/service jobs properly
- Maintain records of systems received for repair
- Coordinate with customers and service centres when required
- Test repaired systems before delivery
- Maintain proper handling of customer devices and data

Skills Required
- Practical knowledge of laptop and desktop repair




- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Windows installation and configuration
- RAM/SSD/HDD installation and upgrades
- Basic networking knowledge preferred
- Ability to identify hardware faults
- Good customer communication
- Responsible handling of customer devices
- Willingness to learn new laptop models and technologies

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of laptop/desktop repair experience is required
- IT/Hardware diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred
- Candidates with solid practical experience can also apply
- Responsible, punctual and customer-friendly

Salary ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on practical knowledge and experience.
