About EcoLivingEcoLiving is building Green Living Spaces by transforming balconies, terraces, rooftops, gardens and outdoor spaces into functional, aesthetic and sustainable environments.

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Landscape Architect who can take landscape projects from concept to detailed design and support the execution team on-site.

Role OverviewThe Landscape Architect will be responsible for developing innovative landscape concepts and converting them into detailed, execution-ready designs.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of landscape design, planting, materials, irrigation, lighting, hardscape, softscape and outdoor furniture, along with proficiency in relevant design software.

You should be someone who is creative, detail-oriented, technically solid and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities1.

Landscape

Design

- Develop landscape concepts for balconies, terraces, rooftops, gardens and outdoor spaces.
- Create functional, aesthetic and sustainable landscape designs.
- Develop planting schemes, hardscape and softscape layouts.
- Select appropriate plants, planters, materials, furniture and accessories.
- Design irrigation and outdoor lighting concepts.
- Create mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
- Develop designs according to client requirements, site conditions and budget.

Detailed

Design & Documentation
- Prepare detailed landscape plans and layouts.
- Develop planting plans and plant schedules.
- Prepare hardscape and softscape drawings.
- Prepare detailed sections, elevations and construction drawings.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Create execution-ready drawings for the Operations and Project teams.




- Ensure design drawings are accurate and coordinated with site requirements.

3. 3D Visualisation
- Develop realistic 3D views and renders of proposed landscapes.
- Create before-and-after visualisations for client presentations.
- Develop design concepts that clearly communicate the final transformation.
- Work with the design team to maintain a consistent EcoLiving design language.

4. Site & Execution Coordination
- Visit project sites for measurements and design assessment.
- Understand site conditions, sunlight, drainage, existing services and accessibility.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Execution teams.
- Conduct site visits during execution when required.
- Resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Ensure the executed landscape matches the approved design.

5. Client & Internal Coordination
- Understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Present concepts and design proposals to clients.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining design quality.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Project teams.
- Support estimation and BOQ preparation.

Software SkillsThe candidate should be proficient in relevant landscape architecture and design software, preferably including:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- MS Excel
- PowerPoint

Strong command of AutoCAD and 3D visualisation software is essential. Knowledge of additional landscape, BIM or rendering software will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant landscape architecture/design experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design or a relevant field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed landscape projects.
- Excellent understanding of both design and execution.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense.
- Good understanding of plants and horticulture.
- Strong knowledge of design software.
- Ability to independently develop concepts and detailed drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to visit project sites across Gurgaon/Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can take a project from: Site Visit → Measurement → Concept → Mood Board → 2D Design → 3D Visualisation → Planting Plan → BOQ → Detailed Drawings → Execution Support → Final Landscape The ideal candidate should not be limited to creating drawings. They should understand how the landscape will actually be built on site.

Salary₹6–8 LPA, depending on experience, portfolio and technical skills.
